3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Types

• Buyers: Access to search products, contact vendors, and receive quotes
• Vendors: Ability to create listings, respond to inquiries, and manage business profiles
• General Users: Browse public listings and vendor information

Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

Acceptable Use

Tekinect owns its intellectual property. You may not use it without permission. You retain ownership of your content but grant Tekinect rights to use it on the platform.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the described practices.

8. Lead Generation and Communications

We facilitate connections but do not guarantee accuracy or lead conversion. Users must verify information and qualify leads themselves.

9. Transactions and Business Relationships

Tekinect does not process transactions. Users are solely responsible for their decisions, contracts, and verifying product details.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

The Service is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties and limit liability to the amount paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
